What exactly IS so bad about suger. I mean everyone and their grandmother will tell you to eat as little sugar as possible, but why? What's so terrible about it?

Jeez, if I had know it did all those things i would have cut it out a long time ago. I read the first 25 and got the point. Thanks for posting that.
sugar can be a tool but only if taken in right after training as it is good for glycogen replenishment and an insulin spike.
