That is such a broad question
    we need to know
    age
    est bodyfat
    daily activity level
    current workout regimes

as stated before it more calories in vs calories burned

normal female = 12 -14 times body weight minus 250 caloires to start,
add in 3 days of cardio , 4 days weight training
    then created caloire deficit
my philophy is eat to maintain and let cardio, weight training and eating to burn the fat

It depands what you mean by that. I dont' lift heavy weights and no where near a body builder. But I do weight training ones or twice a week. I workout to workout videos (www.cathe.com) so I just do what the videos tell me to do. Mostly it's lower weights many reps or a pyramid type style (doing 1 exercise using lowe weight many reps, then higher weight less reps and then go down again).

Katia, as I said in the PM your "weight" of 110 is not overweight. I cannot help you develop a plan to cut because I feel it would be unhealthy for you. If you would like assistance either maintaining or to put some LBM on let me know.

    Awesome response Jodi

Katia, if you want to change your body then focus on getting healthier. That is the best place to start. This includes not only regular exercise but a proper healthy eating plan that will sustain your body and help it to perform at its peak state.

If you want help, we will all help you...but not for the wrong reasons. Let's focus on making you healthy and developing the proper habits and then go from there.

Yeah, I'd love some help! I think that as soon as I start eating healthy, my body will naturally get leaner.
