    lol

i'm no expert or anything but i wouldn't say it has much to do with the shake as much as it has to do with the fact that you just burned all your energy lifting and are now relaxing in a tanning bed... i don't tan very often but i can't remember the last time i didn't close my eyes and nod off in a tanning bed... that's the beauty of them! enjoy it!

I agree with Skib. It's the workout, not the drink. Sometimes on Sunday, after my workout, I go home, eat, and then lie down and take a nap.

Whenever I go on the tanning bed I feel sleepy and sometimes drift off

I think its just down to the fact that you are exhausted from your workout and are now laying down with your eyes shut, I guess it would be normal to feel a bit sleepy

Could be a carb coma from the maltodextrin, but I would think that would take at least an hour.

this occurs even when i'm waiting to see chiropractor to not just in tanning bed. as of now all carbs are coming from food !! i nice big bowl of oatmeal is much more appealing with some protein powder in it. plus i can get my needed fiber in there as well

what time of day do you usually train?

i find if i train in the afternoon, i get a boost afterwards... but if it's in the evening after a long day, i just get tired...

Abs are finally starting to return to orignal state after shedding this water and finally started traninng them every day like a mad man. Guy at gym said "bean you have gotten 3 times harder in one week !! What are you doing to dry out so fast" I replied "a wonderful lady told me to do some thing and me being stubborn did not do it and now i paid the price for not listening.."
