    The "Clean Bulk"

Maybe it's ignorance, maybe it's that i'm somewhat 'old school' but I have always belived the statement There is nothing productive about abs

So therefore I have always added a good amout of weight during my bulks (not going over 15% mind you) However, there are many people that I speak to and see that seem to have great sucess staying in the 8 - 10% range and bulking and putting on some solid mass. If not, just as much as I would in a bulk. The only difference being, is keeping the diet a little cleaner.

What are all of your thoughts on this?
    Peace

i stay at 6% and grow like weed. calories in vs caloires out if you get fat don;t cut caloires add 2-3 session of HIT cardio and GROW GROW GROW plus gain quality, by adding cardio you are forcing your body to use more nutrients. Ask you r self this what top PRO BB doesn;t do any cardio? All ones I have talked prefer to do more cardio and eat more caloires why they are growing even at contest time !! plus it is good for your heart as well and will help intesnity in workouts and make you stronger with heavier weight. natural guy will agree with this I'm sure asd well as many others. Like said before who is going to be bigger. Person that does cardio and eats 4000 caloires or a person that eats 3000 with no cardio ?

Hmm. I think I would like that much better considering I like to eat. And I have been trying to force myself as of late to do more cardio just to feel better.

#1 Some pros lie about what they do to even each other
#2 Cardio? Hmm what is cardio exactly, Ronnie walks an hour a day in the morning and an hour a day at night for contest prep, these guys dont run marathons or anything.

I walk or I do the stationary bike, if I do hardcore cardio it whittles me down right quick. Honestly if your big and heavy, the heart is already being overworked.

Look at marathon runners, do they have a healthy heart because they work it so much? Not usually, in fact the heart becomes overly muscular, they and bodybuilders share the exact same problem. Left ventricle evacuation problems from overworking the heart.
