Nothing wrong with tuna in the morning! Anytime of the day is a good day for tuna!

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

I can eat or drink anything in the morning, some people have stomach issues with certain things for some reason.

But your workout is way, way too long, 2-3 times too long.

arm curls, 8 reps, 3 sets
hammer curls, 8 reps, 3 sets
military press using dumb bells, 8 reps 3 sets
shoulder shrug using barbell, 8 reps, 3 sets
    upright rows, 8 reps, sets
pull ups, 8 reps 3 sets
and i also use this thing called a " forearm excerciser" 15 reps 4 sets

    tues and thurs
    warm up -stretch
dead lift, 8 reps, 3 sets
toe raise, 8 reps, 3 sets

you train 5 days in a row for 2-2.5 hrs a pop, wow you are soooo overtraining my friend, you need to give your body a rest to recover. way to long in the gym and way to many days in a row. you don't build muscle in the gym, you build it recovering and you aren't letting your body do that.
