    Shake idea !!!

    i just thought about blending nestle quick hot chocolate powder in with my flavorless whey with milk !!!!


    badd asss, going to try tommorow

    anyone done this ??

    Yep, I tried this a while back. Gives it a nice chocolate like flavor. I would never go back to this after perfecting my current shake though.

    OHHHHH CRAP !! i tried the Nestle double chocolate with my unflavored protein with milk,,

    THIS TASTES BETTER THAN ANY OTHER SHAKE THAT I HAVE EVER TRIED !!!!! AWSOME

    I've tried it, not worth the trouble to me. Might work well in the milky stuff but I dunno. I dont need the sugar either.

    Oh, i've never tried the surgary stuff. I thought we were talking about the baking powder cocoa stuff. But, speaking of baking cocoa, anyone notice how much protein that stuff has? It's like 4 grams per tablespoon...Though I think it's crappy worthless protein.

    Nestle's Quick is kids stuff, regular old powdered cocoa though is not sweetened right. If you look at the custom protein sites they will generally tell you that cocoa requires a great amount of volume in sweetners, something like 8 times as much as Vanilla? I forget.
