I've tried it, not worth the trouble to me. Might work well in the milky stuff but I dunno. I dont need the sugar either.Originally posted by BigBallaGA

Oh, i've never tried the surgary stuff. I thought we were talking about the baking powder cocoa stuff. But, speaking of baking cocoa, anyone notice how much protein that stuff has? It's like 4 grams per tablespoon...Though I think it's crappy worthless protein.Originally posted by Mudge

I like cottage cheese with natural peanut butter but not any other way. For my shake I use six frozen strawberry's, 6 oz. skim milk, around 10-12 oz. water, 1 1/2 tbs. natural PB, 1 1/2 scoops american whey vanilla powder, 1 tsp. glutamine. Some people choke down their shakes but I look forward to mine everyday. Best shake ever.

Nestle's Quick is kids stuff, regular old powdered cocoa though is not sweetened right. If you look at the custom protein sites they will generally tell you that cocoa requires a great amount of volume in sweetners, something like 8 times as much as Vanilla? I forget.Originally posted by derekisdman
