My 'Cut/Fat Loss' Diet... any advice/suggestions would be appriciated

    Example of Diet -

7:30 – Bran flakes, milk, promax, CLA, multi-vits, Flax capsule

*C.V. Workout* (followed by a promax shake)

10:00 – Tuna sandwich or chicken salad (could replace this with some meat, like wrap up some chicken/turkey and take it to college)

11:15 – Nutri-grain bar (could replace this with cottage cheese/apple)

12:20 – Thermobol/kick followed by… Chicken in a tomato sauce with pasta and CLA

2:40* – Apple slice/brunch bar/bananna/apple OR chicken/tuna/salmon salad (*only have extra snack/meal if playing sport or training)

    3:30-4:00 – Thermobol/kick followed by… chicken/salmon/tuna salad OR fishcakes/grilled chicked/fajitas, nuts, CLA and Flax capsule

    4:30 – Promax

    *Weights Workout*

6:30* – Post workout shake (progain), bananna

7:30 – Thermobol/kick followed by… Dinner (carbs and protein eg chill con carne, spaghetti bol, chicken and pasta salad), CLA

    9:30 – Promax, 2 Weetabix, Flax capsule

Things in brackets are just information or suggestions on what I could do. The thermobol/kick is a supplement, I have a link to the stack below so you can understand what is going on.

    Training -

    4 times a week at gym…
Mon/Wed/Fri - 3 sessions of heavy weights and short C.V.
Tue - 1 session of lighter weights and intense C.V.

    2 times H.I.I.T.
Sat/Thur - Sprints, skipping, plys and/or basketball… if not because of poor weather go to gym and do same as tue

    Sun - Rest

Well thats what i'm hoping to cut on.... its all a bit messy I know. Mainly because everyday is a different situation, depending opn what training i'm doing and whether i'm at home/college/work or whatever. I'm a bit worried about eating too many carbs still! Like at college I will have sandwiches, pasta, jacket potatos, cereal bars.... all of which is high in carbs, I really need alternatives. Maybe I should take a protein shake in with me? (I could as I have a shaker) or maybe I should take some meat in to snack on.

This is the link to the supplement programme I will be starting...
    http://store.maximuscle.co.uk/cgi-bi...serTemplate/76
I will just do it for a month and save the 2nd month till before summer next year or something, I think a month on this should be enough for me to lose just a few % (i'm currently 12.3% i would like to hit 9-10% within the next month or so)

Any idea on how to improve this plz tell me, I'm open to try anything that might help me shift some stubborn fat.

    Thanks

i suppose i could add in sweet potatos (i have them already every now and again), and I could have a daily serving of oats.... but where would i fit it in/what would I replace with it?

I don't exactly want to add carbs as I'm struggling to keep my carbs low as it is
