-i weigh 200 lbs, and am 12%... i wanna drop to 10%. right now my LBM is 176.
-how much LBM should i plan to keep?

Just diet really slowly and keep as much as possible. I think you can keep all of it, or almost all of it, when traveling from 12% to 10%.

There is no reason that you should loss any mass. You just need to make sure that you diet and train intelligently.
droppin 2% is not that much, you should totally keep all you LNM from that my friend, take it slow and it will come
2% should take 2-4 weeks to acheive. if you are displine and strict with eating and cardio
hmmm well if i lose 1 lb a week im thinking it will take more like 1month- 2 months. i dunno, i guess ill find out though
