    Shake time

Wow I just got my blender and a few other things I needed and made a shake w/ ice in it and it tastes so much different. I can actually stomach this one. Sorry had to throw that in there

OK so Ii am trying to make a new meal plan because I wanna start bulking up and I have read all the stickies and such. But my question is what is a good combo for my shakes? As of rite now I just mix the powder w/ water and my creatin/glutamine. Is it recomended to add anything else or should I jsut leave it simple and as is. The thing with it is 2 out of my 3/4 shakes are consumed in school and I can't refrigerate them so that means no ice. But should I add fruit or anything like that? I would prefere to keep it along a clean bulk. Any suggestions?

I would add EFAs, otherwise your body is going to metabolize some of that protein for energy. Creatine becomes useless when sitting in liquid for a period of time, dont know about glutamine.

OK so if I were to take fish oil with lets say my breakfast and 4th meal of the day would I still need to add EFA's to my shake? B/c thats what I was planning on doing.
