Question Mass diet on the run (help)

I have recently become aware that my diet is probably hindering my gains in training.

I would be all fine and good if i was at home or whatever but sometimes im at college for 8 hours a day..... also i have class for 6 straight hours sometimes so its not like i can go out and prepare a meal.

What are some good on-the-run mass meals or snacks that i can eat in class or prepare the day before for someone who has a busy schedule.

    Damn education...interfering with my training

I would imagine you have quite a few breaks during the 6 hour class don't you? I have a 3 hour class and have 2 5-10 minute breaks. Shakes are always convienent. Also one thing I like to do is make a bunch of chicken stir-fry then put individual servings in those ziplock container things. I just cut up like 5 chicken breasts then add a bunch of frozen vegetables like peas and corn then cook it up and put it in a big container then measure out maybe 4-5 oz. of chicken. Then I cook a crap load of brown rice and add 3/4 cups of rice to a container, put the 4-5 oz. of chicken on top of that then put the vegetables on top of that. Put the servings in the refrigerator and grab as needed. I like it hot or cold so it doesn't matter to me. You might want to pack some nuts or something too for a fat source; then of course pack it with a fork and your ready to go!

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

Prepackaged shakes might work for you. like the met-RX RTD 40. They are kind of expensive, but they are very convenient.
