Is there anything else I can eat for breakfast besides eggs? I can't have dairy or whey protein, and oatmeal/fiber 1 make me bloated. Any recipes/ ideas would be really helpful.

Well you need carbs. After a while of eating them the bloatwill go away. Just to let you know carbs cause water weight for every 1 gram of carb you will hold 3 grams of water. Just drink more water and eventually you will start bloating. Also make sure you are getting enough pottasium and keep sodium to a limt.

What's the minimum amount of water I should be drinking? I'm 5'0 110 lb.
There should be no minium but at least a gallon a day spread out through out the day.

Galllon? That's like 16 cups?No wonder, I've been drinking only 8-10.
Some will do more than a gallon. Like me sometimes, but that should be enough for a day.
