My protein powder used to do that to me. Then I started adding Udo's to my shake and the gas is a thing of the past. Not sure if the Udo's is responsible for that, but it's the only variable that has changed.

    Got milk?

Milk usually causes my stomach to get upset if it's empty.
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
    eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012

This could be a useful tool. Take the horrid gas to the gym and no one will want to get near you to bother you then they'll all leave so you can have all the equiptment to yourself.

Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

    ^^^ haha

i doubt it's my shake as i only have one a day and it's usually my last "meal" of the day...

poorly digest protein, perhaps? what could cause this though? and if this is the problem, i'm guessing it's not a good thing... any ways of controlling it?

I know what you mean. I was about to be kicked outside with the dog because of the suffocating gas clouds I used to spew. That's the reason the dog now lives outside.
