Katia - Did you read the water thread that was started by Skib last night. If not I would suggest so. There is some good info in there.

yeah, I read that... that's where my question came from. I know I need to drink 1 gallon, but I have no idea how you guys fit that much water in? My stomach would balloon from so much water.
So my question was... how exactly can I get in 1 gallon of water in? Like at what time throoughout the day and how much at each time do you drink?

You should beable to get that much in if you just keep drinking it all day.Its not that hard if you just have a bottle handy all the time.

I drink 12-16 oz with meals. At work, I'm lucky in that I have a water cooler filled with filtered spring water about 20 feet from my desk. I keep a 16 oz cup filled and sip on it thru out the day. During my workout I drink some after most sets, then have more before bed.

At first you will feel bloated, but you'll get over that once your system gets used to the increased intake. The more dehydrated you were previously, the more water your body will hold. Once you are properly hydrated, you'll lose that bloated feeling.
