another water question
How do you get so much water in? How do you spread it throughout the day?

Keep a big bottle of water and drink it evenly through the day.

Katia - Did you read the water thread that was started by Skib last night. If not I would suggest so. There is some good info in there.

yeah, I read that... that's where my question came from. I know I need to drink 1 gallon, but I have no idea how you guys fit that much water in? My stomach would balloon from so much water.
So my question was... how exactly can I get in 1 gallon of water in? Like at what time throoughout the day and how much at each time do you drink? |

Just sip it all day. I usually can drink 2 liters just during training. Although i am 100lbs heavier then you.
You should beable to get that much in if you just keep drinking it all day.Its not that hard if you just have a bottle handy all the time. |

Do you know if Fruit 20 (water flavored with splenda) can count as part of the water intake?

I drink 12-16 oz with meals. At work, I'm lucky in that I have a water cooler filled with filtered spring water about 20 feet from my desk. I keep a 16 oz cup filled and sip on it thru out the day. During my workout I drink some after most sets, then have more before bed.
At first you will feel bloated, but you'll get over that once your system gets used to the increased intake. The more dehydrated you were previously, the more water your body will hold. Once you are properly hydrated, you'll lose that bloated feeling. Drink up |

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
