Protein Bars

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
For the last few weeks i've been suplementing with atkins protein bars, for a small meal replacement. They are around 230 calories, 20 carbs, 22 grams of protein, and around 7-8 grams of fat. I've basically changed nothing else in my diet/training and i've GAINED WEIGHT! Considering I'm trying to lose some body fat, could these bars be sabotaging my diet? If so, anybody reccomend a good p bar? Thanks!

No I don't recommend ANY if you want to lose bodyfat. If you want to bulk then there is no harm in having a bar every now and then.

Try a protein shake instead
