Hello my name is Dan and i have been reading this forum for a while but this is my first time posting. I would like some info and diet suggestions I know that i am not getting enough cals but dont know what to add to what meals. I am 5 10 140 lbs 6 %fat and would like to slowly and steadly put on lbm. I am a little carbofobic as i was very heavy a year ago

Meal 1 5 am
!.5 serving of Keto oatmeal
1 5 oz apple
5 fat
34 carb 16 fiber
21 p
281 cal

work out 6:30

Meal 2 8
1.5 scoops nitro tech
1/2 cup oatmeal

4.5 fat
29 carb 5 fiber
35 protien
305 cal

meal 3 11:30
1 can albacore tuna
2 cups baby spinich
5 oz tomato
no cal dressing

2.5 fat
10 carb 2 fiber
35 p
210 cal also get extreamly tired after this meal a little hypo
i dont know what to add to this meal

meal 4 3pm
1 keto bar i know that bars not good but i need something sweet so i dont snack when i get home
6 fat
24 carb 4 fiber (2 impact)
24 p
240 cal
would 6 oz turkey and an apple be better

Meal 5 6 pm
6-8 oz lean meat chicken
2 cups brocc.
3 fat
8 card 4 fiber
35 p

meal 6 9:30
1 scoop pm protien
1 sf ff jello
1 fat
2 carb
20 p
110 cal
i am losing weight but dont know what to add where any info would be greatly app

This is not enough. If you want to add weight it should be at least 16* your bodyweight. Start at about 2200 cals using 40 - 40 - 20 or 50 - 30 - 20. That is Carbs - Pro - Fat. If you don't gain go up by 200 cals. 1lb a week is ideal. Don't be a carboholic you need them. Just make sure you spread them out evenly throughout the day.
