I disagree with both these statements. First salad dressing that contain no oil usually contain too much suger, secodly it would be a wise choice to use dressing with olive oil with no suger.Avoid:
Saturated fats such as butter, margarine, and fat on meats, and other foods that contain fats
Secondly Saturated Fat, should not be taken out of a diet. It all comes down to balance, butter is a better choice then margarine which should be avoided due to TFA. Saturated fat raises testosterone levels. It is also the fat that is the most stable and will not get oxidized. It is polyunsaturated that you want to avoid unless supplementing with it. For example taking in fish, hemp, or flax oil.
