    Calories/Protein/Carbs formula?

    Hi, im trying to change my diet to gain some weigh but not get fat. Is ther some type of formula I can use to find out how many calories/protein/carbs I need to have each day to gain? I know I need to eat every two or three hours, I just dont know how much. I weigh 155 btw.

    read some journals also. A lot of times people list their meals and you can get ideas there.
