    Question Postworkout meal question.

Sometimes I am hungry for a solid meal after a workout, instead of the mass gain shake. Should I go for the full meal or drink my shake nevertheless?

    Thanks

A regular food meal takes too long to breakdown. After training you need carbs and protein quick. Take a shaker to the gym with you and drink it on the way home and then have a food meal when you get there.
