carb cycling
Taking this week off and plan to start carb cycling
on monday, so my question to those who use this what is best to start with high, low or no carb days? Thank you, |

I usually recommend kickstarting with two no carb days, then follow with low, high, no.
I do this for psychological reasons (easier to get through the no carb days when a high card day is next) but physiologically, any difference in the order is insignificant (it is the ratio that is critical). Have you read my article? |

Read it, printed it and currently re reading it.
I like the loose style I do not like, nor have the time to count every thing I consume, I know what is good and what is bad and with this program I can use your guidelines and my common sense and go on living my life. Thanks for putting a plan out there for us lazier but still concerned people |
