help ! how 2 loose guts please ?

hello every1, this is my 1st post on this forum (except 4 my greeting thread). what i was wondering is, how do you get rid of a gut, turn it in2 a 6 pack and build up at the same time? i have a gut but no other fat anywhere else. i have done situps and i can c the muscles but they r only up the top of my gut just under my ribs. i have been reading articles about the metabolism and i have now started to eat breakfast and meals about 3 hrs apart whereas before i didnt eat until i was hungry......(and that could of been anywhere from 1 hr 2 12 hrs). i plan to buy some green tea, i dont have any sugar in my tea or coffee, i have stopped eating crap and i have chosen a gym 15 minute walk from work as opposed 2 the gym next door. I would like to loose fat off my gut but i would like to build up megga muscles in my chest arms back and legs. what do u experts suggest? cheers.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Its all in the diet and you can do crunches til the end of time but without a proper diet you will never see the 6 pack.

Learn how to eat properly. You can start by reading the sticky at the top of the forum called Guide to Dieting

We drink that much water all the time, regardless of dieting or not

You do get use to that much water and your bladder does too. Unless you go days on end without getting in your normal water it won't hurt you.
