What are some foods that are high in calorie and protien?

Im trying to bulk up while being juiced. however i was wondering what types of foods where available out there to do so. I'm trying to intake at least 3000 cal and 200 g of protien. my diet consist of this.

morning: 3 eggs , banana, a glass of milk
break: cliff bar , banana
lunch: (good size meal)
break: clif bar , banana
Dinner: (good size meal)

I drink a gallon of water a day and take a protien shake before and after my workouts. any suggestions on what other snacks i should add to my diet to break the 3000 cal and 200 g of protien mark?

Honestly, I think you need to get your diet right before you juice. Your diet needs ALOT of improvement and you probably don't need the drugs if you ate right and trained right.

Dude that looks like a starvation diet. How much do you weigh that you only shoot for 200g protein?

Chicken or beef + rice = calories.

You doing a Cycle why? You should have already had this in place.

Seriously, you need to get your diet in order, nevermind starting a cycle. With that meal plan I'd say you just wasted your money

Flax seed oil is an EFA as is olive oil, see the EFA link in my sig.

Gotcha on the protein, I dont remember every new persons name for awhile 200g sounds fine at your bodyweight. If your having problems gaining weight adding EFAs to a shake is an 'easy' way to get some calories in. With Olive oil dont add too much through your first few days as it will loosen you up if you know what I mean, so you have to adjust too it. Look at the label, its very dense in calories.

Peanut butter is another, although you should be having natural PB technically which does not taste the same.
