I'm a CAVEMAN!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Slowly but surely I have wittled down my diet to only contain the following items:

-chicken
-turkey
-buffalo
-eggs
-red meat
-green vegetables
-fruit (very very little)
-almonds
-flax seeds
-natural PB

That is it! I am now officially living like caveman, except I do not go out and kill to get my meat (well, not unless I'm really hungry and there are no restaurants around).

I feel good...I feel strong...I want a damn slice of pizza!

where's the grubs and various other high protein bugs? What kind of cave man are you?

Dandelion Games - Dandelion Games include Block Insanity, 3D Breakout, Firecracker...
None of these games will make you faster, stronger, leaner, or help you in any way, what they will do is make you choke yourself with boredom.
UPDATE Block Insanity may entertain you, and quite possibly if played rigorously for 20 minutes a day, may assist in weight loss, so try it damn it!

I did NO cardio for all of this time on my diet. I will begin to add cardio in if I decide to compete next month (I am on the fence). If I add cardio in, it will be about 15 min post training and about 30 min on days off. Very small amounts.

Yes GP every thing is going right on schedule. I went to a gym last night and felt like a dam celebrity. A guy recongized me from the lehight show i did 2 years ago and told me how awesome I looked and that I did not have that androgenic look, but rather a more healthy look. He asked me if i had another show coming up and when I was training i had sweats on after a while pants came off and people just started staring. I was in bathroom talking to him and people over heard me talking to him about nurtition an training philosophies, next thing I know i was bombarded with tons of question which resulted in picking up about 5 more clients. I think to be successful its your demanor and how so intimiated one can be, but to take time to answer questions which io love to do impressed them most. Thats why i love doing what i do and promioting positive infulence on peoples lifes and will contimue to do so

You are a great person to have representing the bodybuilding community. The body, the brains, and most importantly, the non-arrogant and helpful demeanor you display on a daily basis.

After this year i'm taking a year and a half off getting my business going, life togethe, ect and then competing in USAS in 2005

No problem Twin, just wasn't sure. Anyway, this will be pretty much permanent, with some room for the occasional grain. I think that eating this way is closest to what nature intended and I actually feel better physically eating like this. I have gotten leaner while carrying more muscle and my strength is suprisingly good for the carbs I consume. I will not be a total freak about it as I know I will want some bread, rice or pasta once in a while, but that will probably be reserved for cheat meals.

You think nature intended for you to eat the inside of a hard shello that cam out of another animals ass?

Just kidding. I'd be curious to see if you are still doing this in say 6 mons, and if so what your thoughts are then.
