Carb Cycle dieters- LOW day INFO

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
Just want to be sure you guys are following LOW DAY correctly.

Only applies to you if:
You are having 5 meals, instead of 6.

Be sure to reduce the carb meals NOT the carb count. You still should be ingesting 1g of carbs per pound of BW.

I think it was pretty clear. Jill got it. Show me the confusion:

Low Carb Day.

"Here, three meals (two if you are only eating five meals) may contain carbs. . . . Here, carb amounts are limited, however. We are seeking to eat approximately one gram of carbohydrate (from the list) per pound of bodyweight each low carb day. So our hypothetical 200 pound dieter would eat about 66 grams of carbs in each of three meals of the day, and the others would be just protein. Oh, and don’t forget your small piece of fruit, at these carb meals, as well."

But But But,If we are eating five meals on a low day and need 1g per lb. of body weight why not spread it out over three meals instead of two? And why not have alittle fruit on the high days before carbs?
Do you think it will have an adverse effect if we do a high day every fifth day instead of third? I feel over bloated after a high.?? Tks ! Isn't this fun trying to figure it out?

Insulin.

I in fact recommend that, so you are misreading.

Because you will fuck up your metabolism.

That is typical, ask Jodi and Leslie.

Fun for whom?

The three day ratio is a careful balance of calories. Drop calroies to low and leptin levels plumet. Do it your way and this will certainly occur. You could probably do it once every 4 days, as I had Jodi do, if you are high dosing LeptiGen at the time.

Read Par Deus leptin articles on MInd and Muscle for a better understanding.

Since we are talking about calories, how about if we maintain the same caloric ratio everyday wether on carb or not? Our metabolism isn't only regulated by carbs, right?
Or if the low days are a bit higher our Leptin won't do a drastic drop.Sound feasible?
Anyway whatever I'm doing is working as Ivé lost 1 inch from waist in the last two weeks.Remember in my case I'm coming off a super low almost two year Atkins type diet so my rsponse may be diffferent than most possibly.
Thanks I'll read Par Deus's article soon.Cheers!
