    protein mix

    can i add more protein powder in a protein shake?? so i don't need to mix it so many times....

    Do you mean simply drinking half now and half later? I suppose you could, for me I throw in 12oz water and a scoop of protein and maybe some olive oil depending what food is going with it. It takes about 90 seconds from start to wash and completion.

    if the container say 4 scoops 600 cals .....can i put 5 scoops so it will be 800 cals..??

    No.

    If 4 scoops = 600 cals, then 1 scoop = 150 cals.
    So 5 scoops would be 750 cals. It's simple math, really.

    you can put as much as you want in...

    the only thing that matters is how many cals or how much protein you want to take in for that meal...

    You can have the whole container if you want, now if your not balancing your diet across every meal then you probably wont be happy with the results in the long run.

    Take your total protein intake and spread it out over each meal, there is no formula known for "how much protein can I absorb" I dont know if you have 20" arms or 20" legs so the question cannot be answered.

    Go for 1-1.5g protein per pound of bodyweight.

    Protein requirement through the day also changes based on activity, wakeup, and so on.
