    Can someone help me out..

    i am 18..5'10''..170 lbs... i eat all kinds of differant shit all threw the week..like egg whites,bread,fried chicken,baked potatos,bananas,cereal,pasta,ground meet,peanut butter,tuna fish,steak and rice,protein shakes and train with heavy weights but i dont really see my body changing like i want it to.. can someone give me some tips or help me out and tell me what i am doing wrong.

    simplely listing foods is not enough information. You may be doing a lot of things wrong. How many calories are you eating? protein? fat? carbs? How many meals are you eating? Post a typical day of eating, and what you have at each meal. What is your training program? Be patient, do you know how long it takes to put on quality muscle?
