I had been doing Atkins, in supprt of my Mother, for about 3.5-4 months. Growing frustrated with loosing weight while lifting and a lack of appropriate strength gains, I have since stopped.

I began eating carbs in increasing amounts about 3 weeks ago. For the past 2 weeks I have been following a 'clean bulking' regimen in which I have actually been monitoring calories & content.

In the first week, I went from 188-193. That was to be expected as my body went ballistic seeing those carbs, grabbing more h20 & readjusting itself.

In the past 2 weeks, the weeks I've monitored, I've gone from 193 to 196.

At what point, after a ketogenic diet, can I expect my weight to stabilise. I am attempting to gain, so if things are going well, I wouldn't see a ceasation of weight gain to notify me. In other words, where can I mentally say "I started making real gains around this date". 2 weeks post keto? 3 weeks post keto? How long for the body to adjust?
