    Exclamation PLEASE HELP: Proteins..eggs...?..?

I have a basic diet plan in mind for myself. But, I just need to know 2 things:
1.) How much protein should I take in daily... for ultimate muscle gain and fat loss.

2.) What foods are highest in protein? I heard eating raw eggs? If so, do I just crack them open in a glass and drink them? Please help.. thanks a lot.

You should be taking in 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. It's up to you if you want to consume more but i wouldn't recommend any less than that. Foods that are high in protein include chicken breasts, turkey, lean cuts of beef, fish and eggs. If you want to lose bodyfat, you should be eating just the eggwhites and not the yolks. Also, completely avoid "drinking" your eggs since you face the risk of getting salmonela poisoning. Better to cook them either scrambled or boiled (my favorite)!

Eating eggs uncook could really hurt you big time and could cause you to loose time in the gym because of food poisoning. Boild them for easy eating and make sure they are yolkless eggs. There are yolkless eggs i know because I worked in a grocery store before, they are just more pricy then normal eggs.

I dont believe I have seen yolk-less in the states, interesting. As for salmonela, one in 30,000 eggs is contaminated with it.
