I would say since you are not competing, limited amounts on high carb day.

    2. Cream OR 1/2 n 1/2 in my coffee(couple os TBS)

    Yes

Good question- I owuld think you will be getting enough fiber from your veggies and EFAs from your fish oil, so this is unecessary- but it should be counted towards your higher fat meals. Lets see what TP says.
    Flaxseeds (1 tbsp) has 90 calories, (7g F, 5g C (3fiber, 1sugar) and 3 g P)

Thats all I can think of for now! Thanks all

I was using the flax to make p. pancakes, trust me Its not my choice, I was using it for my NO CARB days! (counting it as a fat too!) Thanks! Limiting my pumpkin too! (it tastes real good mixed with oats, p powder and an egg white, some cinnamon baked like a cookie) Got any good recipes you recommend Leslie?

Keep salsa minimal and be sure the sour cream is not loaded with sugar instead of fat

Salsa is made with tomatoes- high in sugar and carbs. This would be defeating the purpose of her no carb days. On a high or even low day, I doubt a tbsp of salsa will kill her
