is this peanut butter classed as natural
its 'whole earth, crunchy, no added sugar peanut butter'
Ingredients:
Roasted Peanuts (97%)
Palm Oil
Sea Salt
Would be a good choice on a cut to have a teaspoon of this before bed with some cottage cheese and a flax capsule?
If not when is a good time and how much should I be having?
(personally i also like KP dry roasted nuts, can i rotate between the 2?)
peace

Palm oil? I am curious if that means they substituted it for the good peanut oil.
Many peanut butters use cottonseed oil.
