For breakfast I eat 1/2-1 cup of oats, with a scoop of protein powder. Or a protein pancake-1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 eggwhite, 1 scoop protein, blend, cook in a non-stick pan. 3 bowls of kashi?Wouldnt that be around 4 cups or so(dont know what a serving on the label is? 1/2 cup) Seens like a-lot. Oh ya and 13 grams of sugar could amount to a lot in 3 bowls, plus you milk sugars!! List the rest of your diet for others here to look at!

I simply keep them out of the house to resist temptation! Its easiest that way..
