    Body composition...fat reduction...muscle gain

I don't know to much about all of the nutrients and everything that promotes fat loss and all of that. However, I am wanting to change my body composition, so if I reduce my caloric intake while increasing my workouts to burn more calories than usual, will I lose weight? Also, will I lose any muscle in the process today. Also, I've heard that if you quit drinking cola, its a big factor in weight loss? Please your input is greatly appreciated.

    thanks

    Yes

Depends..on your diet and cardio amount

Yes Regualr soda is packed with sugar and calories only adding to fat gain.

Check out the stickies in the diet forum for some basic info to start with.
