    got the flu... what shall i do with my diet?

    i'm half way through a cutting diet and I have caught the flu

    i not feeling very well at all, probably won't be able to workout till friday at the earliest

    just wondered shall i try and keep my carbs relativly low, and just up my fruit or something

    or shall i up my carbs untill i'm feeling better

    i don't know what to do, i really do not want to lose and progress because thing were going great before yesterday

    I would up the carbs a little and the calories. when your calories are too low, your immune system may be comprimised.

    The best advice is to load up on Glutamine. This will speed your recovery. When I am sick I take between 30-60 grams per day (only for a couple of days).
