That is a tough one. It is different for everyone and it usually takes some experimenting. It took me a couple of years to figure out my true maintenance level and of course that changes as your body changes. There is no set formula for calories. For your ratio's I have found best results with a 40/40/20 ratio of protein/carbs/fat however you have to experiment and find out what works best for you. It is highly individual.
