    Canned vs. Real

I am trying to lose weight and am trying follow a strict diet that utilizes the approprite protein2carb2fat ratio. I am eating chicken breast as much as possible, but sometimes it is more convenient to eat 98% Fat Free chicken out of a can (YUMMY). I am sure this is not as good as whole chicken breasts, but any comment on how how bad it is for what I am trying to do. Thanx in advance.

Its a bit higher in sodium, but unless contest dieting or have high blood pressure, its nothing to worry about.

God bless you. I cannot stand the chicken in the can. My life woul dbe so much easier if I could

I could stand it and actually enjoyed it for several months. Now it's becoming a lot less enjoyable andm ore of a force feed.

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.
