To loose the FAT :
- lots, and lots of cardio, running, swimming ..
- Low calorie diet, because someone told me that the fat comes from the excess of calories that you donīt use.
To gaind the muscle mass :
-Work hard, heavy weights, rest, and do it again.
-Proteins, lots of proteins, 1-2g per pound, shakes, chicken, vitamins.
I donīt understand this: If I wanna loose the FAT I have to be in a low calorie diet, but I wanna the muscle. I donīt get how I can GAIN something with a low calorie diet.

very difficult, but accomplishable through supplementing... lots of GOOD quality protein will not hurt your fat loss... having the protein in your system will help with growth while keeping calories to a minimum... i would recommend a low carb diet to keep fat loss occurring, but high protein and make sure to keep your body fueled with protein, glutamine peptides, multi vitamins, and Essential Fatty Acids... Also, a thermogenic fat burner of some kind will help...
at least this is my opinion, the workout schedule you enroll in will determine your muscle gains... stick to a high protein, low carb diet and do GoPro's 3 week cycle for a while and I think you will definitely see muscle growth and fat loss at the same time...
Cardio does help but not lots and lots of it.
You don't really need to be on a low calorie diet.
Here is how it works:
To lose fat you need to create a slight caloric deficit between how many caloires you burn and how many you take in. This is created by taking in SLIGHTLY less calories than you need for maintenance and adding cardio.
You don't want to just cut calories too low, this will actually slow your metabolism. From there you can make adjustments such as increasing cardio or more slight caloric reductions.
You need to eat enough to maintain or even gain muscle and you must train heavy to stimulate muscle growth.
