I was just wondering what the general consensus is on RTDs? I find them convenient to have as part of 1-2 of my meals especially the post-workout one. I tried Muscletech's nitrotech grape RTD and it pretty cooldTasted like coolaid but left my mouth kind of dry after. Each one has 45g of protein and some 2g of carbs & 190 calories.
From what I have read about them, the protein degrades in the liquid and you do not get as much as they claim on the label. I stick to powders.
