Seems like you're eating right. You're doing all the right things, why wouldn't it be normal?

    Keep up the good work.

Start up a journal for yourself and keep record of your changes.

Eventually you'll hit a BRICK WALL......when you hit that.....lower your caloric intake about 100-150 calories

Most of the time when you drop body weight, your strength decreases also!

    Mine doesn't.

It does when I'm seriously dieting and I've limited my carbs.

It also decreases when I stop taking Creatine. That's expected though.

it does and will, the more cut you get you will ultimately sacrifice some LBM, especially when you hit the single digits. the only two exceptions I could see to this are a.) you're taking a substance, b.) you're a beginner

in your case if you were at 19% and you've lost a couple of percent in the last month I am not surprised that you are not having a loss of strength, yet....

i might have to start a mini 2-3 week cut myself... this last little bit of fat around the midsection doesn't seem to want to be going anywhere... there's probably something wrong in my diet... or maybe i'm slowly losing fat and just not noticing... i think i just expected my abs to have become somewhat more visible than they are by now...

I find it ironic... I can wake up one morning, feel ripped as hell... love my abs... then have a pathetic workout that day... or sometimes I wake up feeling like... whoa dude... you've got some work to do, and I end up lifting more than I ever have...

It's like a game... do I want to be the strongest or look the strongest... hrmm... sux but makes it fun and more challenging...
    Are you kidding me????

Its so mental, isnt it? Some days I wake up feeling great, super fit and ready to go, then I step on the scale. That can set my mood for the day, even though I know the scale only shows a #, and bf and the way your clothes fit is more important!

Then stop stepping on the scale. You shouldn't weigh yourself more than once a week. The scale is not an acurate way to measure progress.
