Seems like you're eating right. You're doing all the right things, why wouldn't it be normal?
Keep up the good work.
Start up a journal for yourself and keep record of your changes.
Eventually you'll hit a BRICK WALL......when you hit that.....lower your caloric intake about 100-150 calories

, I guess its just a mental thing...Tried hiding it in the closet, and pulled it out 5 days later. Will try it again!
