They exist, though i've never seen them in person. There is a website that sells them along with salad dressing but I don't remember the address.

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
blood stream.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I'd say they taste fair. Not as good as the real thing but not to bad either. One of their main ingredients is vinegar, so after awhile you start to pick the vinegar taste out of it.

Haven't tried the chocolate sauce, only the salad dressings. I use them on everything!

Smile fat free cheese

yeah im really trying to get down to the nitty gritty and make sure every little aspect of my diet is correct

relflecting on this thought, ive been going through all the sauces and condiments in the house... trying to eat even healthier, (if thats possible haha)

-one thing ive been wondering about,---i eat a great deal of fat free cheese--maybe up to a cup or two a day. Is this a decent protein source? Or should i consider replacing it with more of my main sources, like meats, egg whites, etc?
