whats the best way you guys have found to measure BF,,, i've done the pinch, the electric squeeze, the stand thing,,,

11% BF is not high at all
you get much lower and you'll have too little BF, unless your taking part in a bodybuilding competition (or about to go on holiday... or something) 10% is the absolute lowest you should aim for... concetrate on putting on muscle now

At 16 years old, you should be concentrating on building mass. You have a golden opportunity right now, you have plenty of free flowing, natural testosterone in your body and you should be taking advantage of that because it doesn't last forever. 11% bodyfat is actually very good.


Dont worry too much on being ripped, I think you could hurt your growing years by doing that.
