ok im not cutting harcore right now but im about to for wrestling season ok heres what i eat everyday to keep the weight im at the same
breakfast:bowl of oatmeal with artificcial sweetner 2 peices sugar free bread
2nd meal:2 lean beef burgers on george formin,apple,bottle water
3rd mealotein shake with usually sum sort of fruit lik bannana
4th meal:sum sort of meat meal again like fish or beef or chicken
5thmealrotien shake with apple
6thmeal:all fruit meal like grapes,strawberries,bannanas
again im not cutting hard core right now,but im going to here soon what do u think i need to tweak wene i do start to cut hard?
im at like 11% now wantin to drop down to 9% im up for any suggestions
