    Question Coffee replacer

Does any know of a good replacement for coffee. I drink way to much coffee these days, like half a pot a day, and really need to replace that.

I drink something manufactured by a company named "Yogi Tea" as a replacement for coffee....stuff is called "Jamaican Roast", and it's basically similar to all your decaf coffee replacements, ie it's composed primarily of roasted barley root and roasted chicory root, but they also add cinnamon, cardamon, and a variety of spices to it...with a pack of Stevia and some soy milk it tastes a helluva lot better than coffee...Still, you want to slowly wean yourself off coffee caffeine, you WILL get withdrawal symptoms, maybe even headaches and the like, if you just yank yourself off it suddenly....

    Peace.

You know, I drink coffee pretty regularly fill the water mark to number "4" of 12 about 4 days a week, and I notice no negtive effects, nor positive ones for that matter. I simply enjoy a nice, imported blend. Costly as all hell, but I actually find it very relaxing. Weird eh?

even if you do yank yourself right off coffee it's still not so bad. I know someone who was pretty into coffee and pulled off cold turkey, she said that she had a slight headache the first day but was fine after that. If you substitute with other stuff such as water and cranberry juice and teas, you get more liquids and can flush out the caffine alot quicker
