    Any whey protein out there comparible to whey and oats

    so i always used opt. nutritions whey which has 2 carbs and 1/2 cup oats in my shakes . great source of slow burning carbs with a great source of protein, no insulin spike
    i was wondering if there were any other whey protein mixes out there that contain the protein+complex carbs that will not spike my insulin!!!
    i dont want any fat though( meaning over 2-5 grams)
    6 - Packs are made in the kitchen , at least mine was

    I love this one too, esp. for breakfast. It has 5 grams of sugar which is tolerable, I suppose, but it is a great tasting shake with lots of slow burners.
