Ive beent thinking of throwing a raw egg in my shake right before bed. Would this be good for the extra protien, and wouldnt the egg yellow slow the absobtion of the shake?
Is there any more cons to this than just a little higher cholesterol?

Couldnt you just throw in a tablespoon or two of flax instead?
Salmonella might be rare, but I'm not sure if you want that risk.
Other than eating raw eggs makes me wannaFrom what I've read on this article and a few others its not that bad.
