    caffeine

Everything I have read relating to bodybuilding tells me caffeine is bad for those who pump ... anyone know why? I occasionally enjoy an espresso for a nice boost when I'm drowsy in afternoon.

I feel it gets juices rolling and kick-starts my metabolism again ...

I see nothing wrong with it unless your close to competition. I drink caffeine everyday and enjoy it.
