    Breakfast ideas, help me !!

I need to find something more than fruit and yogurt to eat for breakfast. What can I eat????

I am trying to cut about 20lbs of fat, and get back some muscle.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.

I mix my oatmeal with low fat cottage cheese and add a little cinnamon. It sounds disgusting, but I like it. I don't add milk, salt or sugar.

Why can't you eat normal food for breakfast like any other meal? What's stopping you from having a chicken breast and veggies for breakfast...it's not like it's going to be bad for you in the morning.

Some great ideas here for sure.

What is this flax seed oil I keep hearing about? Where can it be found.

Ponyboy, nothing wrong with eating veggies and chicken for breakfast. Just not what I'm looking for to start off my day.

I do this as well every so often, but I add a sweetener (stevia).
The cottage cheese is to get protein for the meal. I try to keep my meals pretty equal in terms of macros through out the day.

kid, there is barely any fat in my breakfast. each piece of cheese is only like 3 or 4 grams of fat, and the butter is practically negligable cuz i use barely enough to make the toast not bone dry.....its high protein, high carb, med. to low fat (that's how you gonna grow my friend). but if you're trying to cut, you wanna lower the carbs and fat a tad.........

Snatch is awesome! People just don't like it cuz they can't understand what they're saying (which i guess is a good reason huh?) You gotta really pay attention, if you do, its soooo good haha

"Why do they call him the bullet dodger?"

"Because he dodges bullets, Avi" hahahaha

"Oi, I'm askin' ya, ain't he supposed to be a getaway driver? What the f*** can he get away from?"

    "Don't mind him....he's a professional...aren't you Tyrone?"

Flex, your breakfast really is no good for someone trying to lean down. Personally I don't mix carbs and fat in large quantities (ie in protein and fat meals, carbs are no higher than 5g without fiber, in protein and carb meals, fat is no higher than 5g, usually polyunsats or EFAs)

    Peace.

Thats one of classic lines from that movie.

    "It was a funny angle"

What can I use to sweeten the oatmeal? I had oatmeal and a protein shake this morning which was ok except for the oatmeal was bland as hell.

^^ Stevia...oatmeal...or mix your protein shake into your oatmeal....one protein shake I *HIGHLY* recommend is Dymatize Nutrition's Supreme Whey Protein....Vanilla, Chocolate, Mocha Java and Butter TOffee Cream are ALL amazing (especially Butter TOffee Cream, which I can just eat out of the jug), especially when mixed with oatmeal...oats+protein shake+cinnamon is my daily post-workout meal (I eat my PWO meal, instead of having it as a shake)....

Nothing's stoppin ya! Eat it if ya want! Personally, I eat so much chicken and fish throughout the day, that the eggs/ground turkey scramble I make in the morning is a nice change. I also eat some oats mixed with natural PB, cinnamon, and occaisionally some raisens. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
