I'm struggling with only 1 meal - my afternoon snack...plz help!

I'm first going to post the diet I've been on for a couple of weeks now. It seems to be working pretty well. My problem with it is that I don't really like tuna fish. I've tried preparing it in a couple of ways, but it's just not working. Therefore, I need to get a new meal to replace it. It also happens to appear right in the middle of my afternoon at work, so it needs to be fairly convenient. Please post some suggestions.

7:00am - 1/2 cup quaker oats cooked in water, 2 packs sweet-n-low, 5oz cooked extra lean ground turkey, 1 1/2 Tablespoons low fat Mayo.

10:00am - Double serving Optimum protein shake, 1 Tablespoon natural PB.

12:30pm - 5-7oz Chicken breast, Instant brown rice, 1 cup green veggies (i.e string beans)

3:00pm - TUNA FISH (The meal that needs to be fixed)

    Workout @ 5pm

6:00pm - 5-7oz Chicken breast with either instant brown rice or wheat pasta and 1 cup green veggies.

9:00pm - Either beef jerky or single Optimum protein shake with 1 cup low fat cottage cheese.

    This is a 50/30/20 diet of about 1900 cals. I'm 5'10", 175lb, 18%bf trying to cut down to about 165lb with 12%bf.

    Thanks in advance!

a whey shake and some oats, great pre-workout!

if not a chicken/turkey salad? add in some nuts and a apple?

if training i'd use the former, if not the latter

    good luck + peace

    Peace.

Isn't brown rice supposed to be a good source of carbs? I usually buy the Minute brand Brown Rice. It takes about 10 minutes to cook.

wild rice is a black grain that isn't really rice, but looks and can be used as one...it is the lowest GI rice available, to my knowledge, somewhere around 40-50...anyway, instant or minute rice is never good for you, buy brown basmati, the minimally processed kind that takes an hour to cook....

    Peace.
