    Tahini Butter

    Anybody eat Tahini Butter? I tried this stuff and it is disgusting. Ehhhh! Anyways anyone eat it a certain way to where it actually taste good?

    It's not really supposed to be eaten the same way you eat peanut and almond butter...they use it to make hummus and babaghanouj and stuff...You can use it to make dips and stuff, I guess...

    haha,, you ate it just like that,,, my mothers lebanese and she uses it to make dips ,, hummos and babaghanouj ,,, some good dips if made correctly
    6 - Packs are made in the kitchen , at least mine was

    hummus is grinded garbanzo beans with tahini butter, garlic and olive oil.... very yummy!

    you eat tahini with honey and pita bread...(if you allowed honey) I used to have tahini and honey on a pita bread for breakfast...tastes real good

    I use Tahini to dip veggies in. Very high in healthy fat:

    Serving Size 2 Tbsp. (32 g)
    Calories- 210
    Tot Fat- 16g
    Sat Fat- 2g
    Carbs- 10g
    Protein- 6g
    Sugar- 0

    I also whip it up w/ some honey and spread on 9-grain bread for a snack after cardio.
