questions: Atkins syrup and protein in legumes

So, I'm thinking about using Atkins syrup as opposed to sweeteners in my morning oatmeal/grains/grits, good idea? Should I just stick with Splenda, Sweet N' Low and stevia, or is this just as good? Looks like it would be MUCH tastier....

Also, if I'm gonna use lentils as a protein source, does combining it with fish/chicken/beef/eggs/turkey/tofu make it a complete protein?

    Peace.

IMO Splenda is both better, quality and taste. Stick with the Splenda, plus you'll save some money.

sorry, missed the last part of your question. I believe that combining Lentils with any of those sources would make it a complete protein.

I dunno, I think maple-flavoured syrup and oats would be very very tasty.

    Peace.
