    Canned Beans?

On a bulk, are these okay? I'm talking about the regular beans with tomato sauce.

I have been eating them along with my chicken breast for a nightly meal sometimes because they are quick and convenient. I know they might be high in sugar but the carb content and fiber content looks good. Any input?
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

I like black beans. A 1/2 cup serving has 7 grams of fiber, and only 1 gram of sugar. As with all canned food however, high in sodium. Sure does give you gas though.

Why not just buy kidney beans then add tomato paste and mustard with splenda, thats all that stuff is anway and you won't have all the sugar. Beans are great on a bulk or cut.

buy dried beans in bulk and make them yourself.
For a few bucks you can get a 10 kilo bag.
