    Bananas???

    This might sound stupid....but what are the benefits of eating a banana? I know the potassium helps with cramping but what else, if anything??

    Well, the potassium helps lower the risk of heart disease. They also contain electolytes and that helps prevent dehydration (and cramping, as you mentioned). They contain Vitamin B and that helps build your immune system and keeps your nervous sytem in working order. Bananas are also said to help prevent ulcers.

    Great for bulking or lifestyle but if your cutting think otherwise Lots of sugah

    i like the taste:/ some person told me something bout eating that and a glass of milk before sleeping for weight gain but i was highly skeptical.

    I usually have one banana atop my Quaker Oats every morning. From what I've heard, this reduces the high glycemic value of the 'naner since it is mixed with a low glycemic value carb.
